As a musician, parent and social activist, I believe in the healing power of community, the arts and creating equitable collaborations for everyone.

Hello and welcome!

Here’s a little bit about me…

During my childhood I relocated from Wales to Germany in 1990. This transition exposed me to the language barriers and cultural nuances of the German bureaucratic landscapes.

My approach is characterised by collaboration, intuition, empathy, and a focus on the human aspect. I place a strong emphasis on exceptional communication skills, as well as strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking, all underpinned by a positive and pragmatic hands-on approach.

As a white, able-bodied, queer cis-woman I am passionate about commmunity-based solidarity and critically reviewing my own allyship and impact. I strive to apply an antiracist intersectional feminist approach within all aspects of my work and am committed to learning and unlearning all ways I contribute to individual and structural inequalities.

My own empowerment journey with mental health, personal development and energetic work has equipped me with the empathy and expertise needed to foster an inclusive approach to any type of work and engagement.

I take pleasure in applying both my 25 years of professional and 15 years of personal development experience to guiding and supporting individuals, teams and organisations in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
